Energiii Alliance embraces a forward thinking approach to resolving conflicts.  I wish I had this option when I experienced my own dreary court battle for a case that even the judge (ruling in my favor) knew was a waste of his time and of taxpayers dollars.  Composed of highly professional mediators, each with his/her own unique and effective array of skills, its mission is to bring about a favorable outcome for its client while maintaining ethical and compassionate values shared by both.  Within this framework their goal is to mitigate the need for cumbersome and protracted resolution processes through the courts.  Conceptually novel now, Energiii Alliance's holistic methods of resolution along with its components of restorative justice and client healing I believe will become the wave of the future.
