Additionally, the Energiii Alliance Incorporated team completed specialized services for business owners, law firms and real estate brokers.  It also created a department of collections as well as developed training curriculums.  We facilitated hiring and direct training to collectors, property managers and lawyers (for efficiency) and knowledge of FDCPA guidelines, mediation and negotiation techniques.  Moreover, Energiii mediated settlements with plaintiffs and defendants during and prior to court hearings to attempt to obtain resolution at the courthouse.
